EH -111 Energy Healing Foundations
This fun, experiential class will introduce you to the basics of energy healing. You will experience working with energy to heal yourself and others. This is a beginner class for people who are new to working with energy. You will learn foundational techniques to help you trust your inner guidance as you expand your awareness while working with energy. This class is a prerequisite for EH-222.
Energy Healing Foundations
In this 6 - week beginner class you will :
- What energy healing is and how it works.
- How to use your intuition to work with energy.
- Connecting with your healing guide.
- How to sense energy and trust yourself.
- How to move stuck energy.
- How to use energy to heal yourself and your life.
